Sound Bath Meditations

Personalized frequency healing.

Sound Bath Meditations

A sound bath is an immersive meditative experience where the body is bathed in sound rather than water. Using crystal quartz singing bowls, each producing a specific vibrational frequency, the session works with your body's natural energy field to invite a state of deep rest and inner quiet. Sound has been used as a tool for restoration across cultures and centuries. Crystal quartz bowls in particular are known for their resonance and clarity, producing tones that carry through the body rather than simply around it.

Every session begins with a brief intake conversation. From there, Bridgette selects bowl frequencies intuitively based on your chakras and named needs, curating the session. You will be lying down for the duration of the session. Lighting, volume and other sensory elements can be adjusted to create an environment that feels genuinely calm for you. If you have specific sensory needs or preferences, simply share them before the session begins and the space will be shaped around them.
