• Fees: All fees are listed on our Site in CADand are subject to change without notice.

• Refunds: Services are nonrefundable.

• Payment Authorization: By purchasing Services, you authorize us to process your payment and retain payment information as required for recurring payments (if applicable).

• Chargebacks: You agree to make every attempt to request a refund prior to attempting a chargeback with your financial institution or any third party payment processor we use to process payment on our Site. We reserve the right to present proof of your access and these Terms to any third party investigating the dispute. 

Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights: All content, materials, resources, images, text, designs, graphics, page layouts, icons, videos, logos, taglines, trademarks (whether common law or registered), copyrights, and service marks available on our Site, through our Services, or shared via social media platforms are the exclusive property of Blooming Rose Reiki and Bridgette Sterling, unless otherwise attributed. This content is proprietary and protected by copyright laws and other applicable intellectual property rights.

You are expressly prohibited from altering, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works of any of our Intellectual Property, in whole or in part, without prior written permission. Unauthorized use constitutes an infringement of federal law and may result in legal action.

• Individuals experiencing Schizophrenia or other severe mental health disorders

• Individuals experiencing Borderline Personality Disorder

• Individuals experiencing Suicidal ideation or tendencies

• Advanced ALS

• Curses, black magic, or witchcraft

Any disputes arising directly or indirectly from this Agreement will be submitted and heard exclusively in the courts of TORONTO, ONTARIO.
