2SLGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent Friendly Holistic Coaching

What is Spiritual Coaching?

Spiritual coaching is a collaborative conversation that helps you reconnect with your values, navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and build practical, sustainable ways of moving forward using holistic strategies. Unlike therapy, spiritual coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, it creates space to explore patterns, purpose, beliefs and personal growth while supporting you in taking meaningful action.

At Blooming Rose Reiki, spiritual coaching integrates reflection with practical strategy. Sessions are grounded in curiosity rather than judgment, honouring your lived experience, intuition and the realities of your everyday life.

It may be a good fit if you are:

Feeling disconnected from yourself or your purpose

Seeking practical support alongside spiritual exploration

Neurodivergent and want a neuro-inclusive approach

Every session is tailored to your goals. There is no set agenda, no expectation to arrive with everything figured out, and no requirement to follow a particular spiritual tradition or belief system. Read our disclaimer to learn more about our services.

What happens in a Coaching Session

A woman with short dark hair and tattoos on her arm is sitting at a wooden table with a bouquet of pink and yellow tulips in a glass vase in front of her. She is smiling at the camera.

Many people carry genuine insight about who they are and what they need. The gap is rarely understanding. It is often structure, strategy and having someone help you build a feasible path forward. Sessions are one hour, held in person or virtually, and neurodivergent friendly by design. Before any session you are always welcome to send a note on what you would like to focus on, which can be useful if you find it easier to gather your thoughts in writing before speaking them out loud.

Each session is a conversation. You decide where you want to focus the time. Together you explore the challenge from a spiritual lens, identify where resistance might arise and build a practical plan around that. After every session you receive a detailed follow up email including a recap, curated resources and practical strategies relevant to what emerged. Something concrete to work with between sessions so you do not have to hold everything in your head.
