A Practice for Calling In Love

This is a short practice for anytime you want to reconnect with the love already present in your life and gently signal your openness to more of it. It's not about manifesting a specific person or outcome, and there's no wrong time to use it. Some people return to it during quiet mornings, before sleep, or whenever they feel disconnected from love and want to come home to it again. Use it as often as feels supportive, with no pressure or urgency attached.

1. In your heart, think of this. Notice the love already present in your life, in all its forms. The way you care for yourself, even on the harder days. The people who show up for you. The comfort your space gives you. Let yourself actually feel these, one at a time, and let real gratitude settle in.

2. Notice where each of these lives in your body. Not what it looks like, just what it feels like. Stay with that feeling, and let it grow. Let it magnify. This is unconditional love, already alive in you, already yours to expand.

3. This magnified feeling is the practice itself. Not directed at any one person, not shaped around any particular outcome. Simply grown, and offered outward, for the good of all and harm to none.

4. You are not imposing anything here. Not your will, not your desires, not your timeline onto anyone else's path. You are simply becoming a beacon, letting this love radiate as it naturally does, so that whoever is walking a path aligned with yours can recognize it and find their way toward it, in whatever way serves the highest good of all.

5. The rest isn't yours to work out right now. Trust that whatever unfolds does so in its own right timing, along the highest timeline available to you.

You're not trying to complete yourself with this. You're simply expanding what's already whole in you, and letting that light be seen.

Softly speak the following aloud while holding a hand on your heart if you are able.

I am ready to open my heart to love.
Not to complete me, but to be alongside me.
I am ready to meet love as a mirror and a path.
I am ready to deepen my love for myself, others, and the world around me.
I am ready to be seen for my true Divine essence.
I am ready for a partner who treats my heart with the care, respect, value, trust and devotion as I do with my own.
I am ready for a partner who is ready to receive the deep love, care, respect, value, trust and devotion I am have to share.
I am ready for a love that teaches me with kindness. That grows my own capacity for unconditional love, and their’s.
I am ready for a love that helps both of us remember the language of Divine Source.
I am whole.
I am ready.
I am love.
I release with full sincerity where, how, when, and what form this love may arrive. Trusting that however, whenever, whatever they should look like, is aligned with this true intention from my heart to the Universe.
I ask for clarity through way of a sign or internal knowing to guide me whenever that time should come. A sign that is so clear I cannot mistake it. I commit to letting go of endlessly seeking for it in the meantime within every person.

And so it is.
