Psychic Tie Cut Exercise

For clearing energy or another person from your field, reinstating your energetic boundaries

The psychic tie cut is a practice passed down to me from my mother (Master Energy Healer, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Psychic, etc). 

This is my go to practice for clearing my field if I feel there is anyone or anything in my field beyond myself. I recommend screenshotting the second page and keeping them on your phone. 

Here are some use cases for the tie cut:

• You identify as an empath and have taken on the energy of someone you saw in pain or are having a hard time separating yourself from someone else

• You believe someone has sent you ill-will 

• You feel like you are being watched - this can often be from envy/jealousy/evil eye

• You feel something or an energy in your field that you don’t normally feel

• You feel someone in your field - this could manifest as you constantly dreaming or thinking about said person without reason to 

• You are not feeling like yourself or feeling strangely ‘off’

• You are feeling unusually drained, burnt out, or exhausted despite not engaging in strenuous activity 

• You simply have a strong feeling to do a psychic tie cut or receive a sign to 

• Your home or physical space is feeling draining, constrained or off, you can also do the psychic tie cut on your home’s behalf. 

Something important to note here is that the psychic tie cut is not reserved for only clearing negative energies or intentions from you. Sometimes, folks are simply curious about you and the light you radiate or you’re a sensitive empath that often takes on the emotions of others. Doing a tie-cut is not an aggressive or severe act, all it is is reclaiming the boundaries of your own energy field so that you can operate throughout your day without carrying something extra. 

Energetic boundaries are kind, and they also allow you to better take care of those around you as you cannot pour from an empty cup. When you have a leak in your field or are carrying the energy of another person or entity, it is like slowly pouring water out of your reserve throughout the day. We need to have something left for you, in order for you to also take care of yourself.

You can follow the steps below for a non-denominational psychic tie cut. I have also included some different religious variations if that resonates deeper with your personal system.

Psychic Tie Cut Exercise - Non-Denominational

*The most important component, more than memorizing every step, is saying it with full conviction. Whatever you declare, you must fully believe it will work for your intended effect and say it with your full chest (even if only inside of your own head is possible). 

Say the following aloud if you can with a stern voice:

“I call upon the Universe to cut any and all psychic ties between _____ myself and ________(the person or you can say anything that is not of the light/my Divine self.

These psychic ties are now lovingly cut, lifted, loved, healed, released and let go into the light of the Universe’s love and truth. 

I invoke the Universe’s presence to eliminate all negations and limitations that no longer serve me.

I now dispel all negations or psychic coercion, and, any other thoughts and emotions that do not reflect the truth of my being. 

They are now lovingly lifted, transmuted and transformed through the power of the Universe.

I am now safe and free to embrace positive, life supporting, energizing thoughts and emotions. 

I now welcome thoughts of self-authority and freedom of expression.

I call upon the Universe to release any and all coercion and to build a beautiful golden sphere of protective Divine love and light around me. 

I call upon the Universe to reinstate my inherent will to follow my own true heart and mind now.

I AM in balance, 

I AM in control.

I AM the only authority in my life. 

I AM divinely protected by the light of my being. 

I close off my aura and body of light to all but my own Divine self.  Thank you Universe and SO IT IS.

It is now completed, your field is resealed. No harm will be done to the individual or energy.

Psychic Attack from a Person Protection Exercise - Angelic / Spirit Guides

I call in Archangel St. Germaine and my Divine Spirit Guides of highest integrity.

I lovingly and immediately sever any and all energetic ties between myself and [insert name].

I do so with the sacred Purple Flame of St. Germaine.

The severing is clear, complete, and without residue. The cord is gone. No strings remain.

I call in Divine White Light to pour through every place where I once held them, washing, closing, loving, sealing.

I call back all energy that is mine.

I send back any energy, imprint, or pattern that is not mine into the light with finality.

I close myself in a golden bubble of light.

This bubble is encrypted by my highest self.

Only my divine essence may be seen, accessed, or known by myself.

Anyone or anything that once found me through this bond has now been erased from my field.
